Manny Roman served in the U.S. ARMY for 11 years. He held several positions including Instructor of Advanced Radar and Communication Maintenance, Supervisor of Curriculum Design, Radar Maintenance Supervisor, and Traffic Analyst. He received a Top Secret Crypto Security Clearance while with the Army Security Agency . In 1980 Mr. Roman received an Associate Degree in management and mathematics from Cochise College, Douglas, AZ. He also has 83 credits from Lakeland Community College, Mentor, OH in the fields of management and electronics. In 1981 he joined a major diagnostic imaging equipment manufacturer in Cleveland, OH as a Senior Instructor where he designed and conducted Diagnostic Imaging courses in the fields of Diagnostic X-ray, Customer Satisfaction Skills, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. He also has taught Electrical Engineering courses at a community college in Mentor, OH. In 1985 he joined an independent training organization in Solon, Ohio as Regional Training Manager. For five years he served as Director of Training. His responsibilities included the planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling of all corporate functions as well as the managing of a training staff responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Diagnostic Imaging Management and other specialized curriculum In 1992 he founded DITEC,Inc. He holds a General Radiotelephone Operator License with a Radar Endorsement from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and is certified by the International Certification Commission (ICC) as a Certified Radiological Equipment Specialist (CRES #158).
Joe Weidner served in the U.S. ARMY for 3 years. He held several positions with duties including the calibration and repair of various electronic equipment. Mr. Weidner has an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the Electronic Technology Institute of Cleveland, Ohio. The degree was awarded in 1976. Mr. Weidner joined a major diagnostic imaging equipment manufacturer in Cleveland, Ohio in 1976 as a technical instructor where he progressed to the position of Systems Instructor. In 1986 he joined he joined an independent training organization in Solon, Ohio as a Supervisor of Diagnostic Imaging Training. His duties included course development and instruction in the fields of x-ray, ultrasound, computed tomography, and nuclear medicine. In 1992 he joined DITEC, Inc. Mr Weidner is considered one of the top imaging experts in the Diagnostic Imaging industry. He is certified by the International Certification Commission (ICC) as a Certified Radiological Equipment Specialist (CRES #164).
Ed Kohut has an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the Electronic Technology Institute (ETI) of Cleveland, Ohio. The degree was awarded in 1975. Mr. Kohut then joined ETI as an Electronics Instructor . In 1978 he joined a major diagnostic imaging equipment manufacturer in Solon, Ohio as an Engineering Technician. Work duties included the pre-production assembly, testing, and component level repair of all components for Computed Tomography systems. In 1979 he joined a major diagnostic imaging equipment manufacturer in Cleveland, Ohio where he progressed to the position of Systems Instructor with the responsibility of designing and conducting X-ray Diagnostic Imaging courses. In 1988 he joined an independent training organization in Solon, Ohio as a Diagnostic Imaging Systems Specialists performing image systems performance evaluations, image systems upgrades, and glassware installations at hospitals throughout the country. He also provided telephonic and on-site technical support to equipment manufacturers, independent service organizations, and in-house service groups as needed and conducted numerous imaging courses. In 1992 he joined DITEC, Inc. Mr. Kohut is considered one of the top imaging experts in the Diagnostic Imaging industry. He is certified by the International Certification Commission (ICC) as a Certified Radiological Equipment Specialist (CRES #163).
Joe Geary served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years in numerous capacities. As a Certified Navy Instructor he designed, developed, and conducted basic and advanced electronics courses for Navy personnel. He conducted component level, hands-on courses in radar, receivers, transmitters, modulation, demodulation, antenna theory, and microwave theory. As an Electronic Technician he was responsible for the maintenance and repair of all electronic equipment associated with the ship's Inertial Navigation System. He performed duties of the Ship's Calibration Coordinator and was responsible for the component level maintenance of many electronic systems. In 1990 he joined an independent training organization in Solon, Ohio as a Diagnostic Imaging Instructor and conducted diagnostic imaging training courses for military personnel, equipment manufacturers, independent service organizations, and in-house service groups. In 1992 he joined DITEC, Inc. Mr. Geary has 95 Credit Hours towards a Science Degree from New York State Regents College. He is certified by the International Certification Commission (ICC) as a Certified Radiological Equipment Specialist (CRES #162).
