A colleague, friend, and industry pioneer passed away Monday May 17, 2010. Jay Mathis trained a very large number of imaging service professionals over many years. His rare talent for presentation, motivation and humor ensured that students enjoyed learning. He excelled at taking the students who were new to the imaging part of the industry and leading them to become imaging service professionals. His students respected and admired him. Although he has been out of the industry due to illness for a few years, those of you who benefitted from his instruction will never forget him. |
